Refund & Return Policy
To provide the best customer satisfaction, we’ve created the following Refund & Return policy. If you have any questions regarding the Refund & Return policy, please email us at contact@miseatery.com . Once you place your order, we begin preparing your order immediately. Once the order is prepared, we do NOT accept cancellations under any circumstances.
Food Order Errors
For WALK-IN / CALL-IN orders:
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, please email us or call your third-party delivery company as soon as you notice the error. If the mistake was made by our shop, please return the wrong item to the restaurant immediately in its original, untampered container so we can replace it with the correct item. If 25% or more of the drink/food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund/exchange or store credit.
For Refunds:
For all payment types, you will be refunded the incorrect item’s sales price amount as a store credit (e-gift card).
*To resolve your issue immediately, please return the incorrect item to our shop within 3 hours of the time of purchase. Any orders returned after the 3-hour period will not be considered for refunds.
For DELIVERY orders:
If you receive items that are different from your receipt and the mistake was made by our shop, please contact us immediately. We can provide a store credit (e-gift card).
For Order Incomplete
In the occasion that you do not receive items that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please Email Us or your third-party delivery service as soon as you notice that any item(s) were not received in your order. You may pick up the missed item immediately at the shop after notifying us. We can also provide a store credit (e-gift card).
Pick-Up Items
We are not responsible for the damage of any drink/food items once the order is picked up by the customer and leave our restaurant.
Please note: We strive to prepare and package our pick-up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.
Courtesy Items (hot sauce, utensils, etc).
We provide courtesy items such as disposable utensils, hot sauce, etc. when requested for free. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item, you are welcome to let us know so we may address the issue with our staff; however, we cannot deliver the courtesy items to your address or provide discounts, refunds or store credit.
Food Dissatisfaction
Our handmade beverages and food dishes are freshly made per order using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Refunds are not accepted for items that a customer does not like, and the comparison to other shop/restaurants for different spices or ingredients are not accepted. Please visit our website for our current menu prices and item descriptions for more detail.
Spice Level
We offer a choice of: No Spicy (0), Mild Spicy (1/2), Spicy (1), Add Spicy (2), Extra Spicy (3), Please note that spice levels can be different for each individual. We typically recommend that you choose a lower spice level to be safe as you can add spice in, but cannot take it out.
We do not offer discounts or refunds for a preferred different spice level, but please let us know if you’d like us to add a side of ground chili or hot sauce for you. Please note: for an extra side of ground chili or hot sauce, extra charges applies).
Cancel Order
Online orders placed during our shops closing hours will be prepared and ready for pick up the next business day. If refund is desired, it will be in the form of E-gift card to your email address. This is due to the fees that do not get refunded to us by the card processing company.
We cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items.
Complimentary Food and Discounts
We cannot provide a refund or cash value on any complimentary food. Discounts cannot be applied for previous purchases and the coupons must always be presented at the time of purchase.
Drink Order
Sweet Level
We offer a choice of: Extra Sweet (120%), Regular (100%), Less (75%), Half (50%), Less (25%) and None (0%), Please note that sweet levels can be different for each individual. We typically recommend that you choose a lower Sweet level to be safe as you can add sweet in, but cannot take it out.
Store Credit
All store credits (e-gift card) have no expiration. E-gift cards can be use on our website at checkout or in store purchases.
As a private business, we reserved the rights to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Refund & Return Policy, we will not be able to conduct future business with you. Thank you for your understanding.
